We aim to keep pricing transparent and simple. Standard shipping and any regional pricing adjustments will be calculated when you enter your delivery address at checkout.
For the vast majority of countries worldwide, customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout, meaning no unexpected fees upon delivery.
For a small list of countries where local regulations prevent us from pre-collecting customs and taxes, these charges will be additional upon import. Please contact us at info@elioeveryday.com if you have any questions regarding your location.

The elio bottle, cap, and handle are currently available for pre-order. The expected delivery date is February 2026.
Returns
Warranty
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please contact us first at info@elioeveryday.com to submit your return claim and receive detailed instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your claim must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. We only accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly upon our receiving and completing the inspection of the returned item.
Your elio product (bottle, cap, and handle) comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. We warrant that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Your warranty is automatic, so no registration is required. This limited warranty only applies to elio products purchased directly from elio's official website or from an authorized dealer in the United States. For limited warranty coverage elsewhere, please contact your local elio dealer, reseller, or distributor.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the usage or cleaning instructions outlined in the user manual. Specifically, we do not cover damage resulting from unauthorized product modifications or repairs, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or fading.
We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge at any time during the warranty period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you at our expense. Proof of purchase is required as evidence that the unit was bought from an authorized dealer within the warranty period is required for warranty service. If you have any questions about your warranty coverage or think you may need service, please email elio at info@elioeveryday.com. We will do everything we can to answer your questions and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. This limited warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase.
THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF ELIO SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ELIO BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
